BY SCHEDULING ONLINE, YOU ARE SENDING AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST FOR THE SELECTED DATE/TIME AND SERVICES. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS PENDING UNTIL YOU RECEIVE EMAIL AND TEXT CONFIRMATIONS. ONCE YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST IS VIEWED BY CHARESSE, SHE WILL TEXT THE FOLLOWING TO YOU AND IT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 1 HOUR. IF THERE IS NO REPLY, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE DENIED.

  1. COLOR HISTORY:  HOW OFTEN DO YOU COLOR YOUR HAIR? WHEN AND WHAT WAS YOUR LAST COLOR DONE? WAS IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY OR AT HOME? DO YOU HAVE ANY BOX COLOR (WITHIN 3 YEARS?)
  2. CURRENT UNFILTERED PHOTOS OF YOUR HAIR. WHAT IS YOUR TEXTURE LIKE? IS IT LONG/THICK?
  3. INSPIRATION PHOTOS! THIS HELPS ME BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT TYPE OF COLOR YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE.

ONLINE BOOKING IS OPEN 60 DAYS OUT. IF THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT SLOTS, PLEASE CHECK BACK AT ANOTHER TIME AS CANCELLATIONS DO OCCUR.

if you have any box color within 3 years (OR 5 YEARS FOR LONG HAIR), you must book a 'custom/corrective color'.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND BY PROVIDING THAT INFORMATION/DEPOSIT YOU UNDERSTAND THE APPOINTMENT POLICIES NOTED BELOW.

  • A 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING IS REQUIRED. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, FOLLOW THE SQUARE LINKS OR CONTACT CHARESSE VIA TEXT.
  • ANY CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
  • CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A 25% CHARGE OF YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT.
  • NO-SHOWS AND DAY OF CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF BOOKED SERVICE. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS TO KEEP/BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE, AN EMAIL INVOICE FROM SQUARE WILL BE SENT.  IF FEE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU WILL FURTHER FORFEIT ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
