CHARESSE WILL TEXT THE FOLLOWING TO YOU AND INFORMATION MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST, OTHERWISE YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE DENIED.

  2. SOME HAIR INFO: IS YOUR HAIR LONG/THICK? WHEN WAS YOUR LAST COLOR DONE? WHAT DID YOU GET DONE? WAS IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY AT A SALON OR AT HOME? HAVE YOU USED BOX COLOR IN THE PAST 5 YEARS?
  3. HAIR INSPIRATION PHOTOS!

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF INQUIRIES, I DO NOT HOLD A WAIT LIST FOR NEW CLIENTS. KEEP CHECKING BACK FOR OPENINGS.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND BY PROVIDING THAT INFORMATION/DEPOSIT YOU UNDERSTAND THE APPOINTMENT POLICIES NOTED BELOW.

  • A 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING IS ENFORCED.  FOLLOW THE SQUARE LINKS OR CONTACT CHARESSE VIA TEXT IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE.
  • RECEIVING A REMINDER TEXT &/OR EMAIL CONFIRMS THE DATE, TIME AND TYPE OF SERVICE(S) OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.  PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR EMAIL TO SEE WHAT SERVICE(S) YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR.  ANY CHANGES MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED 15% OF YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT.
  • NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 25% AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS TO KEEP/BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
  • YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED THESE FEES ONLY IF A 48 HOUR NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE, AN EMAIL INVOICE FROM SQUARE WILL BE SENT.  IF FEE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU WILL FURTHER FORFEIT, THEREBY CANCELLATION OF COLOR BY CHARESSE, ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
  • TO GUARANTEE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE, PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.  UP TO 15 MINUTES LATE OR LATER WILL INTERRUPT YOUR STYLING TIME &/OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE SHORTENED TO ACCOMODATE APPOINTMENTS FOLLOWING. ANY LATER THAN 15 MINUTES WITHOUT NOTICE WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
  • PLEASE GIVE NOTICE IF YOU AREN'T ABLE TO MAKE IT ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. A HEADS UP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
